This seven-floor Art Deco building in Hatton Garden was once the home of a book-binding business. We redeveloped the property in 2022 to produce an outstanding modern office space, typifying our approach of creating working environments that stand out from the competition.
As part of our comprehensive refurbishment, we created a reception area that doubles as an art gallery, leading seamlessly onto a landscaped terrace to form a multi-use indoor/outdoor event space. With occupier wellbeing a constant focus, the building boasts five outdoor areas, including gardens designed by Andy Sturgeon, a Chelsea Flower Show-winning landscape designer. To continue the creative narrative, we commissioned Yorkshire-based artist Eddie Roberts to craft a garden sculpture from steel salvaged from the building. The new seventh-floor roof garden features areas for meetings, exercise and relaxation and enjoys panoramic views to St Paul’s and beyond. Through the rear courtyard, cyclists access a bike parking and maintenance area, shower facilities and a drying and locker room.
